Privacy Policy

Last updated · 7 August 2026

This policy explains how PK Sport handles information when you visit pksport.net. Processing of personal data of people in Brazil follows Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

1. Information we handle

PK Sport is an editorial football-analysis website. There is no sign-up, no logged-in area, and nothing sold directly.

Information you provide: only what you choose to send when contacting us.

Essential technical data: request and security logs processed by our infrastructure, required to deliver and secure the site.

Analytics data, only with consent: page views, engagement events, approximate location, device and browser category, referring source, language, and interactions with football content.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through the website. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

2. How we use it

To operate, secure, and improve pksport.net; understand which matches, leagues, guides, and languages are useful to readers; measure navigation and engagement; respond to messages you choose to send; and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis (LGPD)

Essential technical data: legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (art. 7, IX).

Analytics data: consent (art. 7, I). Without your acceptance, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded.

Messages you send us: performing a procedure at your request.

4. Cookies and consent

Essential storage may be used where required for security or site functionality. Analytics storage is optional.

PK Sport uses Google Analytics 4 only after you select “Accept analytics” in the consent notice. If you reject it, the tag is not loaded. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and personalised advertising are disabled in our implementation.

Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and asks the browser to remove PK Sport analytics cookies.

5. Analytics events

With analytics enabled we may measure: page views and engagement; visits to match, league, team, guide, and article pages; internal content link clicks; language changes; whether an analysis block became visible; and outbound link and site-search interactions enabled through GA4 enhanced measurement.

We use bounded identifiers such as content type, match identifier, competition, and language. We do not use event fields to collect personal messages or form contents.

6. Processors and international transfer

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website and Google Analytics 4 for consented audience measurement. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy documentation.

This may involve international data transfer, relying on those providers’ contractual safeguards under Chapter V of the LGPD.

7. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for security, analytics, operational, and legal purposes. Periods differ between infrastructure logs, the consent preference stored in your browser, and aggregated analytics reports.

8. Your rights

As a data subject you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent (LGPD arts. 18 and 19).

You can reject analytics without losing access to any PK Sport content. You can also use browser controls to remove cookies and local storage.

9. Children and responsible use

PK Sport does not knowingly collect information from children. Any future betting-related or affiliate content is intended only for adults in jurisdictions where it is lawful. See our Responsible Gaming page.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.

For privacy questions or requests, use PK Sport’s business contact channel. A dedicated privacy contact and data protection officer will be published before any feature that directly collects personal information is enabled. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
