United submit £60 million offer plus £5 million in bonuses
After reaching an agreement with Baleba, Manchester United formally submitted an offer to Brighton. The proposal consists of £60 million upfront, with a further £5 million available in bonuses. The total value could reach £65 million.
Brighton have not yet approved Baleba’s transfer
The deal is not complete because Brighton have yet to accept the offer. Agreeing terms with the player does not automatically release him: Manchester United must convince the club that holds Carlos Baleba’s registration.
